Tentative Travel Trips Schedule & Policy

Please note all trips are tentative and are subject to change. Please do not book any accommodations until we receive confirmation that the team has been accepted into the tournament.

All trip fees are due in accordance with the schedule set by the Club. Cost covers

Travel Policy

As outlined in your contract, out-of-state trips are NOT OPTIONAL you are required to share in team expenses during the course of the season, including travel expenses associated with attending out-of-state tournaments, this is in addition to and not included in the club registration fees. Payments must be made by the due date set by RVC. Each player is responsible for all travel fees associated with each tournament.

Housing

All players are required to travel with the team and stay with the team during the duration of the tournament. Players are to room with their team. Each room will have a min of three players and no more than four to a room.

Misc. Info


Players are not permitted to leave their team to attend outings or dinner with parents during the trip. Players can be released to parents at the conclusion of the tournament after all work responsibilities have been completed.

Families wishing to extend their trip and wanting their player to stay with them after tournament play has concluded is permitted. However a return flight will need to be purchased separately and is the responsibility of the parent. All flights are booked as round trip and through group travel. This means that we are not able to comp or credit airfare for players who extend their stay. Southwest is our preferred airline.
