Travel Tournament Policy & Expenses
As outlined in your contract, out-of-state trips are NOT OPTIONAL you are required to share in team expenses during the course of the season, including travel expenses associated with attending out-of-state tournaments, this is in addition to and not included in the club registration fees. Payments must be made by the due date set by RVC. Each player is responsible for all travel fees associated with each tournament.

**Members enrolled in Grindstone and are eligible for a travel discount will have their discount applied once registration has been completed**

Team Expenses include, but are not limited to:Head coach: travel (airfare or bus), hotel stay, and food costsAssistant coach (if applicable): travel (airfare or bus), hotel stay, and food costsTeam mom: travel (airfare or bus), hotel stay, and food costsPlayer’s: travel (airfare or bus), hotel stay, and food costsSpecial events (if applicable) ie. Universal Theme Park TicketsRental vans/cars, taxis, and/or shuttle services for the teamTournament Team Entry fees
When you accepted your contract, you acknowledged that your player is committed to attending all of the travel trips with your team and if they do not attend, then you are still responsible to pay travel fees in full and in accordance by the due dates set by the club.
***NOTE: RVC reserves the right to cancel travel tournaments prior to incurring any travel related expenses, at the absolute and sole discretion of the club.***
