As outlined in your contract, out-of-state trips are NOT OPTIONAL and you are required to share in team expenses during the course of the season, including travel expenses associated with attending out-of-state tournaments, this is in addition to and not included in the club registration fees. Payments must be made by the due date set by RVC. Each player is responsible for all travel fees associated with each tournament.
When you accepted your contract, you acknowledged that your player is committed to attending all of the travel trips with your team and if they do not attend, then you are still financially obligated to pay for all travel fees in full and in accordance of the payment schedule set by the club.
***NOTE: RVC reserves the right to cancel travel tournaments prior to incurring any travel related expenses, at the absolute and sole discretion of the club.***
